Jessicah Kolter, NCIDQ Licensed

I graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts in Interior Design. From there, I spent a couple years working in interior design sales which built a strong foundation in understanding the need for a strong client/designer relationship. I take pride in my ability to connect with my clients, decipher their needs, and produce stunning spaces that exceed expectations.

I spent a few years working in commercial Architecture,  here I worked on a vast array of projects including retail establishments, government facilities, and office spaces. The knowledge gained was invaluable.  I have extensive experience preparing full construction documents for large scale projects, as well as, a strong understanding of local and International Building codes. In conjunction with working full-time I took the NCIDQ exam and received my certification as a licensed Interior Designer under the requirements by the Council for Interior Design Qualification.

Currently, I'm working mainly on residential interior design specializing in interior renovation projects.  I find great passion for guiding my clients from their "before" to a stunning "after".  I manage your project fully from the initial preliminary meeting to the completion of design. I work closely with my clients and the contractor to create a space that completely reflects the clients needs and wants. I’m involved in the selection of all of the finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories. Depending on your project needs, I will construct the design drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and custom millwork elevations, sections, and construction detailing.

We've all heard it before, "it's all in the details".  Which couldn't be more true.  All of the accessories and artwork are part of the full look and help transform your space.
